Pricing

Simple pricing. Nothing hidden.

A fixed build fee, quoted after your free demo, then £150 a month to keep everything working. That is the whole list.

The build

Quoted per project

A fixed price for the finished site, agreed before you commit. It depends on how many pages you need. Most local business sites are five to fifteen pages, and we tell you the number on the demo call.

  • Free demo first, built from your real business
  • Fixed price, agreed up front, no hourly rates
  • Live in five working days from the go-ahead
  • Everything in every build: local SEO, tap to call, WhatsApp, form, reviews, gallery, your own domain
  • Words written for you, checked by you

Care plan

£150 a month

What keeps the site live, fast, secure and bringing in work. This is where the ongoing value is, so here is exactly what you get for it every month.

  • Hosting, security and backups
  • Unlimited small changes
  • Local SEO upkeep
  • Google Business Profile posts and management
  • Review requests to your customers
  • Monthly report of calls and enquiries

Every month

What £150 a month actually buys

Priced against doing each of these yourself or paying someone separately, the plan costs less than any two of them.

  • Hosting, security and backups

Fast global hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, and someone watching for problems. If the site ever goes down, it is our job to fix it, not yours.

  • Unlimited small changes

New prices, a new service, a new photo, a staff change, updated hours. Send it over and it is done, usually the same working day. No counting, no invoices.

  • Local SEO upkeep

We keep the pages, titles and business details tuned, add area pages as you expand, and check every month what you are ranking for and what is slipping.

  • Google Business Profile management

Posts every week or two, photos added, hours kept right, questions answered, reviews replied to. The listing that gets you into the map results, kept active.

  • Review requests to your customers

After each job you tell us who to ask, or we set it up to run from your invoicing. A steady flow of recent reviews is the biggest single factor in the map results.

  • Monthly report of calls and enquiries

One page, once a month. How many people found you, called you, messaged you and filled in the form, and what they searched for. No jargon.

Against doing nothing, and against a cheap builder

Both look free or nearly free. Neither is, once you count the jobs you did not get and the hours you spent.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered straight

What happens if I cancel?

Give us 30 days notice. We hand over your domain, your content and your photos, and send you an export of the site files. Hosting stops at the end of the notice period, so you need somewhere else to put the site if you want to keep it online.

Who owns the website?

The domain is registered in your name from day one. The words, photos and reviews are yours. The design and code are licensed to you for as long as you like, and we give you an export if you leave.

Is there a minimum term?

No minimum term. The build fee covers the build. The care plan is month to month with 30 days notice.

Do I have to take the care plan?

It is part of every build, because it is what keeps the site live, secure and working. If you would rather host and manage the site yourself, tell us on the demo call and we will quote for a handover instead.

What counts as a small change?

Anything that takes us under half an hour: prices, text, photos, hours, a new team member, a new review, a new area page. A whole new section or a redesign is quoted separately, and we tell you before starting.

Will the monthly price go up?

Not without telling you well in advance. If it ever changes, you hear about it at least two months before, and you can cancel with the usual notice if you would rather not continue.

Are the prices plus VAT?

TODO: confirm VAT position in site.ts (offer.vatNote).
